About Amy Berry

Amy's story embodies the classic "moved to the beach" dream that many of her clients aspire to achieve. After vacationing along the Emerald Coast in the mid-90s, she fell in love with the area and transformed her vacation destination into her permanent home. Born and raised in Iowa, Amy has now spent more than half her life as a proud Floridian, moving initially to Tallahassee in 1990 and then on to the beach, calling the Emerald Coast home since 2003.

With over 20 years of real estate experience, Amy combines her Midwestern work ethic with Southern charm to build lasting relationships with her clients. Her background in marketing, sales, and customer service has been the foundation of her successful real estate career, particularly in luxury, investment, and resort properties along the coast.

What truly sets Amy apart is her unwavering commitment to putting her clients' needs first. This isn't just a promise - it's a practice that has earned her a loyal following of satisfied clients who return and refer others time and again. A graduate of Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa, with a degree in Communications and Public Relations, Amy brings professional polish to every interaction. Clients describe her as genuine, loyal, fun-loving, and dedicated to making each encounter a positive, lasting experience.

At the heart of everything Amy does are her strong family values, her faith, and her unwavering love of life. She's the proud parent of two children: Nolan, a recent college graduate who plans to stay in the local area and pursue a career in building, and Sophie, an Auburn graduate continuing her education with a Master's Degree.

When not helping clients find their perfect coastal paradise, Amy embraces the beach lifestyle she loves-playing pickleball, golfing, Pure Barre, reading, going to the beach, boating, cheering on her favorite college teams (Auburn Tigers, Florida State, and the Iowa Hawkeyes), and spending quality time with family and friends.
