About Andre Guilbeau

Meet Andre Guilbeau, a dynamic and knowledgeable professional with hands-on experience in a variety of fields. Before moving to Florida, Andre had a fulfilling and challenging career in Houston, building a successful legal technology company.

Throughout his 20+ years in Houston, Andre also bought, sold, built, and remodeled many of his residences. After selling his company and retiring from his field, he set his sights on moving to Florida and starting a new chapter in his life. As a native of Lafayette, Louisiana, Andre was first introduced to the Destin/30A area in 1974 and, as a result, has been able to witness firsthand the tremendous growth over the past 5 decades.

Being a resort rental property owner and/or resident since 2019, Andre truly enjoys all that Sandestin has to offer. In addition to living in the resort, Andre is a member of the Burnt Pine Golf Club, Sandestin Beach Club as well as the Sandestin Tennis Club. Having deep knowledge of the resort and it’s offering enables Andre to home in quickly on his client’s needs and match them with their perfect resort property. His technology background, combined with his personal real estate experiences and knowledge of the area, brings a unique and analytical approach to the service he provides.

As a technologist, Andre brings to bear his considerable knowledge of data analysis to fully understand the market, which allows him to stay ahead in the fast-paced world of real estate. He recognizes the importance of utilizing modern tools to enhance the buying and selling experience for his clients.
