About Deidra Stange

She’s an Apalachicola, Florida native. Her professional career at Sandestin spans over 25 years, which qualifies her as a true local expert. She has witnessed the tremendous growth of this area for over two decades and has extensive knowledge of their beautiful Emerald Coast.

She studied Broadcasting Journalism at Troy University in Alabama. After finishing her studies, she moved to 30A and was employed at the Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club, where she started her hospitality career. Soon after, she joined the Group Sales department at Sandestin, where she spent the next twenty+ years sharpening her professional skills. This allowed her to build a broad clientele database that would serve her well as she transitioned into her real estate career. All these years of living, working, and playing in Sandestin have given her a big advantage in her understanding of what drives people to the Resort and to this area.

She is a motivated Real Estate professional who desires the best for her clients. She chose a career in real estate for her passion in coaching, mentoring, and supporting families through the entire process of either buying or selling property.

When she’s not making homeownership dreams come true, she’s spending time with her husband, Mike, of twenty-two years, and their 19-year-old boy/girl twins on their boat, on the beach, or enjoying all that their beautiful area has to offer.
