About Gary Bowman

He's an experienced, licensed Florida NAR agent since 2004 and has been with Northwest Florida Beaches (now The Agency Northwest Florida Beaches) since 2007. He's an expert in the area, with extensive knowledge from Destin to Inlet Beach, from the beach to Hammock Bay and beyond-including all the coastal communities along the 30A corridor. From Destin, Miramar Beach, Sandestin, Santa Rosa Beach, Gulf Place, Blue Mountain Beach, Grayton Beach, WaterColor, Seaside, Seagrove, Camp Creek, WaterSound, Alys Beach, to Rosemary Beach, he has discovered the charm and unique qualities that make this area so special. It's also why people keep coming back-including himself!

He had the pleasure of joining the Northwest Florida Beaches team (now The Agency Northwest Florida Beaches) in 2007. He says "pleasure" because it took three years of perseverance to finally obtain the position. It is one of the most respected and prestigious NAR member positions in the state of Florida. He had wanted to be a part of Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort since he moved to the area in 2001. Sandestin is his "Notre Dame"-for those of you familiar with the movie Rudy.

He brings several years of custom home building and real estate experience to their team. It was that experience, along with his love for the area, Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, and his clients, that propelled him to earn the title of 2010 Agent of the Year, 2016 Top Selling Agent, 2022 Rate My Agent of the year for Miramar Beach, 2022 Rate My Agent of the Year for Walton County, 2023 Top Selling Agent, and most recently, 2024 Agent of the Year with Northwest Florida Beaches (now The Agency Northwest Florida Beaches). These are accomplishments he is very proud of all helping him earn his nickname "Mr. Mayor."

Originally from St. Louis ( Go Cardinals!), he is an avid golfer, boater, and driving enthusiast. He now calls Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort home. Hopefully, someday you will be able to call their area home too. Give him a call - you'll be glad you did!
