Glen Stegemann is a seasoned Sales Management and Operations Executive with over 30 years of experience in building and directing productive operations and sales teams for industry-leading companies. Glen's professional journey began with Stock Development, a luxury residential real estate developer, where he quickly advanced from Sales Manager to Vice President of Sales. His leadership significantly contributed to the company's growth, driving revenue and market share through innovative sales strategies and effective team management.
Pursuing entrepreneurial ventures, Glen co-founded Summit Real Estate Group and Barclays Real Estate Group, serving as President and Managing Broker. His strategic vision for these companies fostered substantial growth and positioned them as key players in the regional real estate market. Further diversifying his portfolio, Glen also co-founded Mato Construction and Restoration, where he excelled as National Project Manager, overseeing large-scale construction and restoration projects.
As Managing Director at Royal Shell Real Estate Inc. in Fort Myers, Florida, Glen oversaw the management and development of office operations across 7 offices, facilitating over 2500 transactions and generating more than $2 billion in annual sales. A licensed Florida Real Estate Broker, Glen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Florida Southern College, where he also played on the baseball team. His passion for the sport extended into his professional life, serving as an Assistant Baseball Coach at Florida Gulf Coast University from 2014 to 2017, demonstrating his leadership and mentoring skills on and off the field.
Recently, Glen has taken on the role of Regional Director for The Agency Northwest Florida Beaches, leveraging his extensive expertise to enhance property development and sales operations. In the summer of 2025, Glen is set to expand his leadership further as the Managing Director for The Agency Madrid, aiming to replicate his successful strategies in the European market.
