About Rainer Araujo

Originally from Salvador, Brazil, I moved to the United States in 2015 and eventually found home along Florida’s Emerald Coast. My journey has taken me through manufacturing engineering, construction, remodeling, entrepreneurship, filmmaking, and real estate, each experience shaping the way I see people, homes, and the value we create around us.

For years, I’ve worked hands-on with properties throughout Northwest Florida. Construction taught me to look beyond what is immediately visible—to understand how things are built, recognize potential, solve problems, and appreciate the craftsmanship and intention behind a home. That perspective naturally became part of the way I approach real estate today.

The values that guide my life are deeply rooted in biblical principles: faith, family, integrity, humility, service, and treating others with the same respect and honesty I would want for myself. I believe our talents and opportunities come with a responsibility to use them well, to serve others, and to leave a positive impact wherever life takes us.

Outside of business, I’m passionate about photography, filmmaking, travel, playing guitar, music, and experiencing different cultures. I speak Portuguese, English, and Spanish, and I carry my Brazilian roots proudly while being deeply grateful for the community and life I’ve built here.

To me, success is about much more than what we accomplish or accumulate. It’s about the person we become, the relationships we build, the people we help along the way, and living a life grounded in gratitude, purpose, and principles that endure.
