About Shannon Baker

Shannon Baker's path to real estate began in her hometown of Montgomery, Alabama. Her father enjoyed drafting and architecture and became a home builder during her teenage years, and her mother was a REALTOR®. Both shared an appreciation for the finer things in life. Shannon often joined her mother at open houses, and years later she chose to follow her into the profession. She earned her real estate license in 2016 and built her career in new construction sales, which remains one of her passions. She earned her broker's license in 2019.

Shannon attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham and devoted her early years to raising her three daughters. She and her husband, Jeff, now divide their time between Santa Rosa Beach and Lake Martin. Away from work, she can be found on the water, watching SEC games, or at the best restaurants along the coast. She is an unapologetic optimist and an avid sunset chaser.

Shannon's work spans two states. In Alabama she serves Montgomery, Pike Road, Prattville, Auburn, Opelika, and Lake Martin. In Florida she covers the coast from Destin to St. George Island, including Freeport and the 30A corridor. She has served on numerous committees within several local associations and has more than $100 million in sales over the past five years. She brings deep experience, a genuine passion and joy for her work, and meticulous attention to detail to every transaction, and together they make her a natural choice for buyers and sellers alike.
