About Virginia Starbuck

Virginia began her real estate journey shortly after relocating to the Florida Panhandle in 2021. She joined Sandestin Real Estate—now The Agency—where she quickly obtained her real estate license and spent five years working as a licensed assistant alongside top-producing agents within the brokerage. During this time, Virginia gained invaluable hands-on experience in transaction coordination, listing management, marketing, and vendor relations, building a strong foundation that now informs her work as a full-time real estate advisor.

Grateful for the opportunity to learn from some of the industry’s most experienced professionals, Virginia brings a detail-oriented, service-driven approach to every client relationship. She serves Sandestin, Santa Rosa Beach, 30A, Destin, and Freeport, assisting buyers, sellers, and investors with confidence and care.

Originally from Georgia, Virginia earned her Bachelor of Science in Music Therapy from Georgia College & State University and spent four years working in hospice care, providing music therapy and grief counseling. That background shaped her compassionate, thoughtful approach to guiding clients through meaningful life transitions. Outside of real estate, Virginia enjoys life on the Emerald Coast with her husband and their one-year-old son, Hayes, and feels grateful to help others discover what makes this area such a special place to call home.
